For funeral homes
Aftercare that lasts longer than the sympathy card.
Most aftercare is a folder at the arrangement conference and a card at twelve months. This is 365 days of real grief support, sent in your name, for $20 a family — and it costs your staff nothing to run.
Where aftercare usually falls down
You already know families remember who stayed. The problem has never been whether aftercare matters — it is that doing it properly means somebody on staff writing content, keeping a calendar and following up with dozens of families at once, and that is not a role most firms can justify.
So it becomes a booklet, a mailing at the anniversary, and a grief seminar in November that eleven people attend.
Meanwhile the family hits month five, where it is quietest and worst, with nothing.
What this gives you
A full year of contact
365 days by email and text, written in twelve movements that track how grief actually moves — including month three, which blindsides people, and the run-up to the first anniversary.
Your name on it
The invitation comes from your firm. You are the ones who arranged for somebody to still be checking on them in month eight, and that is what gets remembered and repeated.
Zero staff time
Add a family at the arrangement conference or after the service. Nothing to write, schedule, mail or follow up. It runs for a year on its own.
Materially better than a folder
Bereaved families rarely open the folder. They do read a short message on their phone at 3am, which is when they are actually awake and struggling.
Faith-rooted, and honest about it
This is Christian, KJV-anchored, and written by a pastor who buried his own two-month-old son. We say that plainly so you can decide whether it fits the families you serve.
It is not preachy and it does not proselytise. It refuses the things that do damage — everything happens for a reason, she is in a better place, God needed another angel. Roughly a third of the days carry no verse at all.
Families see the invitation before anything starts, and decide for themselves. You will not get a complaint about something arriving that somebody did not want.
Pricing
$20 per family, for the whole year. No monthly platform fee.

- · No contract, no monthly fee
How enrolment works, and why it matters
You add a family. We email them an invitation in your name. They open it, choose whether to start at all, and give us their own mobile number if they want texts.
We never text a number you supply without the family opting in first. Federal law requires consent from the person whose phone it is, and no business can give that consent on a customer’s behalf. It protects them, and it keeps both of us out of a category of lawsuit that specifically targets firms holding lists of bereaved families.
